Booking Information & Salon Policies
By booking an appointment with Plagued With Gelousy you agree to the following salon policies.
Appointments
All services are provided by appointment. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure your full service can be completed.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or may need to reschedule depending on availability.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits will be deducted from the final service price.
Repairs
If you experience any issues with your nails within 48 hours of your appointment please contact us and we will assess the issue. Repairs outside this timeframe may be chargeable.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions before treatment.
Guests
Due to limited space and insurance requirements we ask that only clients receiving treatments attend appointments unless arranged in advance.
Nail Art
Detailed nail art may require additional time and cost. Please mention any intricate designs when booking.
Right to Refuse Service
Plagued With Gelousy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other clients. Please note that cancellations on short notice may incur a cancellation fee.
